1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the batbaj website at batbaj.net, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or participating in any game or betting market offered through the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is effective from the moment you complete registration on the batbaj platform.

batbaj employs age verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All players are required to submit valid government-issued identification documents at the time of account verification. batbaj reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age eligibility criteria are not satisfied.

Any winnings generated by a player who is found to be under 18 years of age shall be void and forfeited. batbaj accepts no liability for underage gambling and takes its obligation to prevent minors from accessing gambling services with the utmost seriousness.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the batbaj platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. batbaj reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any balances or winnings associated with them.

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must promptly update your account details if any of this information changes.

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

batbaj operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming standards. Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any other time batbaj deems necessary, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within minutes to a few hours. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 48 hours. batbaj will communicate any delays promptly.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

• Bonus funds are non-transferable and carry no cash value unless and until the relevant wagering requirement has been completed.
• batbaj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that players who have already accepted a bonus and commenced wagering are not materially disadvantaged.
• Players may not participate in, or attempt to participate in, any promotion more than once unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly permit this. Multiple account holders who exploit promotions may have their accounts closed and all associated winnings voided.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the batbaj platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and the voiding of any associated balances or winnings:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in doing so, in order to circumvent account limits, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a previous suspension or exclusion.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with batbaj.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial means to automate gameplay, gain an unfair advantage, manipulate game outcomes, or circumvent the platform's security measures.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinating bets in live casino games or sports betting markets to the detriment of batbaj or other players.
• Conducting, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering or any other criminal financial activity through the batbaj platform.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or platform malfunction to generate winnings that would not have arisen under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be recovered from the player's account balance.
• Abusing the batbaj customer support team or engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward batbaj staff or other platform users.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

batbaj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where batbaj has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required for legal, regulatory, or responsible gaming reasons.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your batbaj account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the batbaj platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of a minimum of six months, or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and prevent the affected player from accessing games, placing bets, or depositing funds for the duration of the exclusion period. 8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, whether voluntary or enforced, your right to access the batbaj platform ceases immediately. Any active bonuses are cancelled and their associated wagering requirements are extinguished. Real-money balances held at the time of closure will be processed as set out in Section 4.2, subject to the satisfactory completion of any pending verification.
